Dr. Jerry Huffman has been Pastor of the Tates Creek Baptist Church since 2005. The pastor has lead the church to have a heart for the lost and a commitment to Biblical study. Currently, the pastor is involved in a series of messages from Genesis to Revelation.

He has extensive experience as a pastor and in evangelism. He is a graduate of the University of the Cumberlands, completed studies at Baylor University, received a Master of Divinity degree at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Luther Rice Seminary.

He and his wife Carol are committed to each other and are proud parents and grandparents.

Eric is a paramedic who enjoys sharing the Word with young people and the community. During his high school years, Eric was actively involved in serving God through youth groups and symphonic choir in Ohio before returning home to Kentucky. In addition to spending time with his wife, daughter and his family, Eric enjoys sharing his faith in Christ and and the message of salvation.

Doug is an example of servant leader. He quietly steps up and gets done the menial things around the church that need to be done and most don't even know how hard he has been working. Not only does Doug lead our music but serves as a Deacon and Trustee. He has been a member and leader in the church for many years and does a great job in all he gives to the church ministries.

Paul brings a new dimension to our ministry as he will lead the technical outreach to the next level. He oversees the recordings of services & events, liaison with radio and television personnel, and gives direction over the website. Paul is passionate about sharing the gospel and committed to serving all for the glory of God.
